Learning to Rest Without Feeling Guilty
🌿 Lately, I’ve been learning a lesson that I believe many women need to hear: Rest is not something we have to earn. This season of my life has been pulling a lot from me. I’m a mother. I’m a business owner. I have responsibilities, people depending on me, dreams I’m working toward, and a little person who needs her mommy. And like so many women, I became accustomed to giving. Giving to my child. Giving to my clients. Giving to my business. Giving to the people around me. Sometimes we become so good at taking care of everyone else that we don’t realize our own cup is getting empty. I’m learning that I cannot continuously pour from myself without intentionally pouring something back in. There are moments when my body is saying, “I need you to slow down,” while my mind is saying, “But there’s still so much to do.” And I'm learning to listen to my body. I'm learning to step back. To breathe. To stop. To set aside time where I don't have to be the businesswoman, the therapist, the problem-solver, or the person everyone needs something from. Sometimes I just need to be Clemica. And that's okay. I used to look at rest as time when I wasn't being productive. Now I'm beginning to understand that rest is part of being productive. When I give myself permission to refill my cup, I can return to my daughter, my businesses, my clients, and my purpose with more patience, creativity, energy, and presence. Self-care isn't always a massage, facial, vacation, or spa day. Sometimes self-care is saying no. Sometimes it's turning off the phone. Sometimes it's sleeping. Sometimes it's sitting quietly. Sometimes it's allowing something on your to-do list to wait until tomorrow. And sometimes it's simply admitting: “I am tired, and I need to rest.” That doesn't make us weak. It reminds us that we're human. So this is something I'm practicing in this season of my life: I don't want to wait until I'm completely depleted before I give myself permission to stop. I'm learning to fill my cup along the way. 💚

Welcome, Beautiful Sister! 💚
I'm so happy you're here. From the bottom of my heart, welcome to the Yoni Room by Diamond View. This is more than just a community—it's a sisterhood. A safe space where women can come together to learn, heal, ask questions, share experiences, and support one another without fear of judgment. As women, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we often forget to care for ourselves. Here, we're changing that. Together, we'll learn how to better understand our bodies, embrace natural wellness, and make ourselves a priority—not out of selfishness, but because healthy women build healthy families, healthy communities, and healthier futures. For years, I've had the privilege of helping women through my spa, and educating women through my books and one thing has become very clear to me: When a woman understands her body, she becomes empowered to care for it with confidence. That is why this sisterhood was created. Inside our community, we'll explore topics like: 🌸 Womb & Hormonal Wellness 🌿 Yoni & Intimate Wellness 💆🏾‍♀️ Self-Care & Healing 🌱 Natural Wellness & Herbs 💕 Emotional Well-being ✨ Women's Health Education 🤝 Sisterhood, Encouragement & Support Whether you're here to learn, heal, or simply connect with women who understand your journey, know that you belong here. 💚 Let's Get to Know Each Other I'd love for you to introduce yourself by sharing: ✨ Your first name 🌍 Where you're joining us from 🌸 One wellness goal you're working toward 💬 One topic or question you'd love for us to discuss in this community Take a moment to say hello to another sister in the comments too. You never know who might need your encouragement today. As this community grows, my prayer is that every woman who joins feels seen, supported, educated, and inspired to become the healthiest version of herself. Remember, sister... Your body is speaking to you every day. Together, let's learn how to listen with love, grace, and understanding. Welcome home. 💚
Hey everyone! 👋
I’m excited to be part of this community! Looking forward to connecting with you all, learning new things, and sharing ideas. Thanks for having me here. Looking forward to growing together! 😊
