💰 LET'S TALK AIRBNB NUMBERS.
Imagine you find an apartment that costs $700/month. You furnish it. Your average nightly rate is $65. If you average just 20 booked nights: 20 × $65 = $1,300 Now obviously, that $1,300 isn't your profit. You still have to account for: • Rent • Utilities • Cleaning • Platform fees • Supplies • Maintenance • Taxes • Other operating costs But this is exactly why you should NEVER start an Airbnb because “the apartment looks nice.” You start because the numbers make sense. And that's one of the first things we teach people who want to get into short-term rentals. Would you like me to break down a REAL Airbnb deal from start to finish? Comment NUMBERS 👇

🚀 WHAT TO DO NEXT
Don't just sit quietly and consume content. Ask questions. Share your property. Share your numbers. Share your problems. Tell us what you're struggling with. If you're thinking about starting but haven't taken the first step yet, that's okay too. There are people here at different stages - from “I have no idea where to start” to “I already have properties and want to scale.” That's exactly what makes this community useful. Welcome to E Launch Pad. Let's build something that actually works.

🤫 NOBODY TALKS ABOUT THIS PART OF AIRBNB
Everyone talks about: ✨ Beautiful apartments 📸 Amazing photography 💰 Making money 🌍 Owning multiple properties But nobody posts about: The guest who messages at 11:47pm. The cleaner who cancels two hours before checkout. The boiler that decides to stop working. The booking that gets cancelled. The month where occupancy isn't what you expected. The maintenance bill you didn't budget for. Airbnb is a business. And businesses have problems. The difference between someone who succeeds and someone who quits is often not whether problems happen… It's whether they have systems for handling them. That's why we don't just teach people how to start Airbnb. We teach them how to operate it. And there is a BIG difference. 👀
