AI-Ready Coaching Briefing is happening in 34 days
Video Content, Apps, and Other Resources Forthcoming
Good Day All, This has been a busy summer for me, and I am now at a place where I am not traveling for several weeks and I can really engage you all with what I am discovering out here regarding financial coaching and artificial intelligence. I would like to encourage you all to chime in when you get a chance to give your perspective on AI! I would like to acknowledge those of you who joined from the Toledo Ohio Financial Coaching Training cohort, the Charlotte North Carolina Financial Coaching Training cohort, and those of you who got here by your own discovery. In the coming days I will be posting some very interesting things you to think about, and I will be providing access to some financial coaching AI apps that you can demo to see how they work. Let me know if you have any questions or special interests that you would like to bring up! Let's go!! 🔥

Where Are You in Your AI-Ready Financial Coaching Journey?
AI is quickly becoming part of the financial coaching environment. Our clients are already using it to ask questions about budgeting, credit, debt, homeownership, investing, and other financial decisions. The question is no longer simply, “Are you using AI?” The better question is: At what level have you started integrating AI into your financial coaching practice? Are you currently using AI to: - - Prepare for client sessions? - - Develop stronger coaching questions? - - Summarize notes and identify possible patterns? - - Create personalized worksheets, action plans, or follow-up resources? - - Help clients think through financial decisions? - - Support accountability between coaching sessions? - - Improve your training, presentations, or program design? - - Or are you still exploring where AI fits and how to use it responsibly? I would love to hear what you are doing, what you are experimenting with, and what questions or concerns you are encountering. I have also developed several AI-enhanced financial coaching applications, and I am looking for a small group of practitioners from this community to serve as beta testers. As a beta tester, you will have an opportunity to: - - Explore tools created specifically for financial coaching practice - - Apply them to realistic coaching situations - - Provide feedback on what is useful, what needs improvement, and what practitioners actually need - - Help shape tools that support the coach’s judgment and effectiveness while keeping the coaching relationship human-centered Drop a comment and tell us two things: 1. - How are you currently using AI in your work? 2. - Would you be interested in becoming a practitioner beta tester? Even if you are just getting started, I want to hear from you. This community should be a place where we learn from one another and help define what responsible, human-centered, AI-enhanced financial coaching looks like in practice.

A quick tip for reading the pattern, not just the notes
Quick AI tip for today. 🤗 When you're writing up notes after a client call, don't just summarize what was said. Ask AI to spot the pattern. What keeps showing up. What the client keeps avoiding. What question never got answered. That's the real value. Not faster notes. Sharper eyes. Try it after your next call. Paste your notes in and ask: "What pattern do you see here that I might be missing?" Come back and tell me what it said. I'm curious. 🔍 @Devin Stubblefield

Quick question before your next client call
Quick one for you today. 🤗 Before your next client call, try this: run the situation through AI first, just for yourself. Not for the client. For you. Ask it to help you spot patterns. Ask what questions you might be missing. Then close the tab and walk into the room as the coach, not the tool. That's the shift I keep seeing work. AI sharpens your prep. You still do the human part. Have you tried this yet? What did you ask it? Drop your answer below, I want to hear it. @Devin Stubblefield
