I seen that everyone seems to want merch from what the poll recorded! It was the biggest poll in the community so far! I’m going to make merch designs this weekend! What all would you want for merch? I’m going to make t shirts for sure! What else? Maybe hoodies, hats? Just let me know in the comments!

“Nutty by Nature” Pinch
Was able to work up to 22.5 lbs with this one today. Definitely a tricky lift.

60mm Rolling handle and 85mm Static Handle
Was finally able to get in a quick training session today as other projects the last two weeks have demanded my attention instead. Warmed up with some Hilt lifts then moved on to Rolling Handle and some larger diameter static handle lifts. It’s gonna take me a few to get my strength back up to where it was but it felt good to be pulling some weight again.
