For our coffee chat this morning, I talked about something I think most of us wrestles with — the difference between directing your life and controlling it. There's a moment when you realise that gripping tighter isn't actually giving you more power. It's doing the opposite. True magnetism isn't found in force — it's found in the surrender. When we stop white-knuckling every outcome and instead trust the flow of what wants to move through us, that's when we actually become magnetic to what we desire. Wonderful experience. I’m not usually a meditation person but I found myself really looking forward each night to take another look into the portal - my portal - filled with fears that have held me back, a space where I could let go of past stories, to eventually reacquaint with hopes, dreams and desires waiting for me. Jane skilfully guided us to step into heart driven, conscious living which has totally changed the way I go about my daily existence.
