Week 5 is Live — Choose Your Identity
Week 5 is live @Mike James, @Michel Campos Soares, @Angie Keasler, @Redeemed Glasbrenner, @Kariz Johnson, @Klaus Schulze Wunderlich, @Rafał Kapustka, @Karl Bro, @Alisa Klenhart, @Woody Hill This week we will stop centering only on what needs to heal. We start building who you are becoming. Not a shiny affirmation. Not a fantasy. A believable, practicable new identity—built as a bridge from the old story. Old story: 'My needs don't matter.' Reframe: 'If my needs matter too…' New identity: 'I am learning to honor what I need.' That kind of identity has weight. Your nervous system can actually practice that. Inside this week's lesson: Video: Choose Your Identity Somatic anchor practice — pairing your identity statement with a physical gesture Your task: Write your identity statement. Choose a somatic anchor. Practice it out loud three times this week.

Week 4 is Live — Find Your Story
Week 4 is live @Mike JamesJames, @Michel Campos soares, @Angie Keasler, @Redeemed Glasbrenner, @Kariz Johnson, @Klaus Schulze Wunderlich, @Rafał Kapustka, @Karl Bro, @Alisa Klenhart, @Woody Hill We've learned the pattern. We've mapped the body. We've practiced regulating. Now we go underneath. Because regulation is the tool—but the story underneath the pattern is still running the meaning-making. Every survival pattern has an older belief underneath it. Maybe it's 'I have to be strong.' Maybe it's 'My needs don't matter.' Maybe it's 'If I rest, I fall behind.' This week we find yours. Inside this week's lesson: Video: Find Your Story Workbook: Facts vs. Story exercise Your task: Choose one recent activation. Write down the facts. Then write down the story you told yourself it meant. Then ask, "Is this still true—or is my nervous system protecting me from something old?" https://www.skool.com/out-of-survival-mode/classroom/d0d5c37c?md=8c18ca78461240929ce9beaf93b6ed3f

Start Here: Welcome to Out of Survival Mode
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you look functional on the outside but feel stuck underneath. Survival mode may have helped you get through hard seasons, but when it stays on too long, it can start running your life. This community is for veterans, immigrants, high performers, and others who are tired of living on autopilot and ready to understand what their nervous system has been doing behind the scenes. You are not broken. You adapted. Inside this community, we focus on: - Understanding survival mode. - Learning nervous system regulation. - Breaking old patterns without shame. - Building more control, clarity, and stability in daily life. - First steps Start with these 3 steps: - Introduce yourself in the comments and share what brought you here. - Explore the classroom and begin with the first lesson or core resource. - Join the monthly live Q&A if you want support, clarity, and a place to ask questions in real time. You do not need to have the perfect words here. You just need to start noticing the pattern. Community tone A few simple ground rules: - Be respectful. - Share honestly, but only at the level that feels safe. - Take what helps and leave what does not. - This space is for education, reflection, and growth. - This community is not therapy, and nothing here replaces mental health treatment or crisis support. What Shifted When You Tried the Reset?
📢This week you practiced regulating before deciding. I want to know what you noticed. ➡️Reply to this post and finish one of these sentences: ✅ When I tried the regulation reset, I noticed ✅What surprised me was. ✅ It was harder/easier than I expected, and why? 🔥There is no wrong answer here. Even 'I forgot to try it' is useful data. The reset is a skill. Skills are built through repetition. 💪 You are building it right now
What Shifted When You Tried the Reset?
Week 3 Practice — Regulate Before One Decision
Here's your challenge for the weekend: Before one decision—small or big—pause and regulate first. Take 4 counts in Take 6 counts out Notice one place in your body Then make the decision That's the whole practice. Come back and tell us what decision you paused before — and what happened. You don't have to change the outcome. Just notice what it felt like to choose instead of react
