Life can become so busy that we forget to tell people what they mean to us. Don't assume they know. Send the message. Make the call. Give the hug. Say the words. Sometimes the simplest expression of love can become a moment someone remembers for years. Today, think of someone who holds a special place in your heart. Reflect: Who are you feeling grateful to have in your life today? What would you love them to know about how much they mean to you?

Friday Footprints: If I Could Talk to Younger Me…
If you could sit down with your younger self for a cup of tea, what would you say? I imagine mine would be something like: “Please stop overthinking everything.” “Trust yourself sooner.” “Not everyone needs an explanation.” “And PLEASE don't send that message!” 😂 Looking back at our mistakes can sometimes make us cringe. But those mistakes helped create the person we are today. Every wrong turn. Every questionable decision. Every “what was I thinking?” moment. They all left footprints. And sometimes those footprints show us just how far we've travelled. So today, imagine your younger self sitting across from you. What ONE piece of wisdom would you give them? Share it below.
