I came in with an idea and no engineering background. What changed things for me was the agent build loop Eric teaches. I curate tickets on a board, the agents build, QA and review, and I wake up to merged work.
16 autonomous runs later I have an AI voice receptionist product with 521 test files and 177 closed issues, heading into launch. I could not have built that alone, and I definitely was not going to build it from tutorials.
