Basic Recruiting
Most people think they need a website, an audience, and approved links before they can start.
They don’t...
Affiliate marketing (and community recruiting) is simply recommending something useful and getting paid when someone joins or buys through your link. On platforms like Skool it often looks like inviting people into a group.
There are many ways to do it:
  • Content and videos
  • Social posts
  • Email
  • Paid ads
  • Community recruiting (the easiest starting point for most beginners)
If you are a complete beginner with no foundations yet, you can start here:
  1. Join a free community that already has affiliates turned on.
  2. Show up, add value, and learn how the feed and invites actually work.
  3. Get comfortable inviting a few people you already know.
  4. Then get your own links.
A practical first community is Evolve Now Social (free on Skool). It’s built for connection, self-development, and helping people grow — including other Skool creators. You can participate, use the classroom, attend networking events, and later use the affiliate/invite tools once you’re ready.
You don’t have to launch anything big on day one. You just have to start inside a place that already has people and systems.
