Basic Recruiting
##BasicRecruiting Most people think they need a website, an audience, and approved links before they can start. They don’t... Affiliate marketing (and community recruiting) is simply recommending something useful and getting paid when someone joins or buys through your link. On platforms like Skool it often looks like inviting people into a group. There are many ways to do it: - Content and videos - Social posts - Email - Paid ads - Community recruiting (the easiest starting point for most beginners) If you are a complete beginner with no foundations yet, you can start here: 1. Join a free community that already has affiliates turned on. 2. Show up, add value, and learn how the feed and invites actually work. 3. Get comfortable inviting a few people you already know. 4. Then get your own links. A practical first community is Evolve Now Social (free on Skool). It’s built for connection, self-development, and helping people grow — including other Skool creators. You can participate, use the classroom, attend networking events, and later use the affiliate/invite tools once you’re ready. You don’t have to launch anything big on day one. You just have to start inside a place that already has people and systems. That’s ##BasicRecruiting

Another relationship
One comment changed who I had in my circle. It started with me commenting on a post. Nothing strategic. No pitch. I simply had something to add to the conversation. That comment led to a DM. The DM led to a connection call. That connection call led to me inviting @Matthew Hill onto the Network Marketing Insider podcast. But the best part wasn't getting another podcast episode. It was getting to know Matthew. Since that first conversation, I've learned so much from him and especially his Be Impossible philosophy. He challenged the way I think about what's possible, taking action and not allowing the limits we put on ourselves to determine where we can go. And think about how simple the beginning was... I commented on a post. That's it. I had no idea where it would lead. That's why I believe so strongly in showing up, adding value and starting genuine conversations. Not every comment will lead somewhere. Not every DM will become a relationship. But you never know which conversation might introduce you to someone who changes the way you think. Comment → DM → Connection Call → Podcast → Friendship → Growth. Sometimes the opportunity isn't money. Sometimes the opportunity is the person you get to meet. Did you know I’m hosting a Connection Meetup IRL on Sept 22 and a Virtual Sept 29. Want the registration link DM or drop Connection
🔥 THIS is what Connection Hour is supposed to be.
Big shoutout to @Rasheed Hooda and @Constantine Dactelides for showing up today and bringing some serious value to the conversation. No presentations. No pitches. No awkward networking. Just three people talking, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and seeing where the conversation could lead. Those who missed it, the replay is up. And I want to give back to the guys who gave their time today. Check out Rasheed's Embrace Your Inner Weirdo and Constantine's Global Unlimited Understanding communities. These are the kinds of people I want more of us connecting with. Inside Connection Creator Academy, we're doing Connection Hours every Wednesday at 4 PM EST and Saturday at 9 AM EST. Join on a 7 Day FREE Trial! If you're serious about building your Power 10, you have two opportunities every week to get in the room. Action takers make the time. No excuses. Come have a conversation. You never know what relationship, idea, collaboration, or opportunity could come from one hour. 🔥 POST 1 → HELP 2 → CONNECT 1.
#CrossPromoting is live
Most people try to grow a community by chasing strangers. That’s the slow way. Cross promoting is the faster way: you use two things that already have people, and you let each network feed the other. Simple example. Product A is water. To sell water, you need thirsty people. Thirsty people are already at the gym. So the gym becomes Product B. You take the gym’s audience into the water network, and the water audience back into the gym. Both sides grow with people who already care. You are not starting from zero. You are connecting two rooms that should have been talking already. That’s what this whole tactic is. Online, the “gym” is a Skool community, a live, a podcast, a page, or a group like Evolve. The “water” is the second community or offer that fits the same person. Evolve Now Social was built for this. Skoolers can post and share freely here. Other Skool communities can use this room to reach people who are already on Skool. Communities bring members into Evolve. Evolve sends the right people back into those communities. Everyone’s target audience gets bigger without begging cold traffic off the internet. ##CrossPromoting breaks down: - what cross promoting actually is - real examples - how to use it online - how Skool communities can grow each other through Evolve If you run a community, or you want to grow one, this is the play.
