Expansive Man is a holistic and trauma-informed brotherhood for men who are ready to take responsibility for their healing, relationships, sexuality, and embodied self-leadership.
This is a space for men who want to regulate their nervous system, create healthier relationships with themselves and others, and step out of cycles of avoidance, shame, isolation, and disconnection.
Inside you’ll find somatic coaching, deep identity and behavioural change work, honest conversations around sexuality and shadow, radical accountability, and a brotherhood of men committed to growth, integrity, and living at a higher standard.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about becoming the kind of man who can lead himself, support others, and create a life rooted in presence, truth, and embodiment.

After 3 months in the Expansive Man community, I am experiencing an incredible amount of support, accountability and mentorship. I joined the community to fully commit to my path of Becoming the man I want to be, in all areas of my life, and I have learned and shifted so much already. Vern and Lion hold each call and lead each course with huge skill, care and presence, and have truly created an atmosphere and brotherhood beyond what I thought was possible online. Huge gratitude to both of you.
