This starter course is designed for people with little or no experience who want a clear, practical path into IT and telecom field work. You will learn what entry-level field technicians actually do on site, what companies expect, which tools you truly need, how to follow work orders, and how to behave safely and professionally inside client environments. Upon completion, you will understand security rules. Also how to move from beginner to job-ready and qualify for paid field assignments.
