All outstanding responses to our L00 correspondence.
DWP and Capita records, including Amy's missing UC statements.
The missing telephone calls, officer notes and third-party communications.
The MP correspondence and relevant NHS records.
One complete, accurate, reconciled rent ledger, preferably without disappearing payments.

Please ensure everything is properly indexed, dated and delivered by Christmas Eve.

No redactions without a lawful basis. No mysterious missing attachments. No reindeer referring the matter to another department.

Should Rudolph be unable to locate the documents, kindly provide an itemised explanation identifying their last known location, responsible custodian and retention status.
