They Heard
What happens after we’ve messed up and then we hear the leaders coming? 👀 Adam and his wife hid. Sometimes we don’t fully understand the impact of disregarding an instruction until something has already gone wrong. Hiding won’t make the problem disappear. They Knew
They were naked before. What changed wasn’t their condition—it was how they saw themselves. And once their perception changed, they created something to cover what had never bothered them before. Sometimes no one makes us feel inadequate. Sometimes our own perception changes, and we begin sewing “fig leaves” to create a sense of security. But covering insecurity doesn’t make us secure. To Make One Wise
Sometimes wisdom begins with a question. A different perspective can cause us to look again, reconsider what we’ve been told, and even see possibilities we hadn’t noticed before. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The question is: What do we do next? When something causes us to question what we know, let’s not stop with the person who caused us to question it. As Gods
