Where Are You Leaving Money on the Table? 👀
Every business has opportunities… Sometimes we’re just too close to see them. So let’s talk about it. 👇 Where do you think you’re leaving money on the table right now? Maybe it’s… • Not rebooking clients • Not selling retail • Underpricing your services • Not following up with leads • Not posting consistently • Not offering packages or treatment plans • Something else entirely Share your answer below and tell us why you think that’s your biggest opportunity. 💬 And if you’ve already overcome something someone mentions, jump in and share what helped you. You never know whose business you might impact today. Let’s learn from each other. 🤍
MONDAY CEO CHECK-IN 💻✨
New week, new opportunity to actually MOVE your business forward. But before you make a 20-item to-do list 😂 I want you to answer one question: What is the ONE move you’re making this week that could actually bring MONEY into your business? Not organizing your Canva. Not changing your logo for the 15th time. 😭 Not spending 4 hours “researching.” I’m talking about a revenue-producing move. Maybe this week you’re: ✨ Posting consistently with an actual strategy ✨ Following up with old leads ✨ Promoting your consultations ✨ Selling more retail ✨ Introducing package/treatment plans ✨ Raising your prices ✨ Running an ad ✨ Launching something new ✨ Adding virtual services ✨ Reaching back out to past clients ✨ Finally investing in mentorship so you can stop trying to figure everything out alone Whatever it is — pick ONE. Because one thing I want y’all to start getting into the habit of asking every Monday is: “What am I doing THIS WEEK that can directly create revenue?” Being busy and building a business are not always the same thing. 👀 So let’s start the week with intention: 👇🏽 What’s your ONE money move this week? Drop it below — and then come back at the end of the week and tell us if you actually did it. 🔥
Okay estheticians, I’m curious about this one 👀
What’s a business move you’ve been seriously thinking about making, but haven’t pulled the trigger on yet? Not necessarily because you don’t WANT to… but because you’re still figuring out if it’s the right move, the right time, or worth the investment. Maybe you’ve been thinking about: ✨ Raising your prices ✨ Adding or removing a service ✨ Hiring your first employee ✨ Moving into your own space ✨ Going from solo → building a team ✨ Adding package/treatment plans ✨ Bringing in retail ✨ Going virtual ✨ Investing more into marketing ✨ Investing in mentorship/business coaching ✨ Getting serious about scaling your business There’s usually a point in business where you realize: “Okay… what got me HERE probably isn’t going to get me THERE.” And that next move can feel uncomfortable — especially when it requires more money, more responsibility, or doing something you’ve never done before. So I wanna know: What business move are you currently considering? And more importantly… What’s actually stopping you from doing it right now? 👀 Is it the investment? Not knowing where to start? Not knowing if you’re ready? Fear that it won’t work? Or something completely different? Drop yours below. 👇🏽 I’m curious to see what everybody’s next move might be.
You probably don’t need more followers. You need a better path from follower → client. 👀
One of the biggest things I see with estheticians is putting ALL their energy into getting more eyes on their business… More posts. More reels. More followers. More views. But then someone finally lands on the page and… there’s nowhere clear for them to go next. 😭 If you want your content to actually turn into CLIENTS, these 4 pieces need to connect: ✨ Your content creates the interest It should speak directly to a problem your ideal client is already trying to solve. ✨ Your CTA creates the next step Don’t make people guess what to do after they watch your content. ✨ Your consultation builds the trust This is where you understand what they need, educate them and position the solution. ✨ Your package/treatment plan creates the revenue Instead of relying on random one-off bookings, there should be an actual plan attached to the result they came to you for. A lot of businesses don’t have a lead problem. They have a gap somewhere between being seen and getting paid. And once you figure out where that gap is? THAT’S when you know what actually needs fixing. So before you make another post today, ask yourself: If 20 ideal clients landed on my page right now… would my business actually know what to do with them? 👀 If your answer is “honestly… probably not” 😂 and you’re serious about changing that, comment READY below. I may have something that can help. 🤍
Let’s talk about something nobody warns you about when you start your business 👀
What has been the HARDEST part of entrepreneurship for you that has absolutely nothing to do with performing your actual services? Because being good at what you do is one thing… But then you become a business owner and suddenly you’re also the: 😂 content creator 😂 salesperson 😂 marketer 😂 receptionist 😂 customer service department 😂 accountant 😂 inventory manager 😂 AND the person actually doing the services For some people, the hardest part is staying consistent when bookings are slow. For others, it’s putting themselves online. Some struggle with charging what they actually want to charge. And for some, it’s simply trying to figure out what they should be focusing on next because there are 100 things that need their attention. One thing I’ve learned is that sometimes the thing holding your business back isn’t your talent at all. It’s the part of entrepreneurship nobody ever taught you how to do. So I’m curious… What has been the hardest part for YOU? And if you could magically remove ONE struggle from your business tomorrow, what would it be? 👀👇🏽 I wanna hear the real answers.
