Housemates,
Personal/ Spiritual development has a way of becoming so focused on healing, goals, productivity, and "doing the work" that we accidentally stop noticing the moments that make life worth living.
This monthly thread is our collective reminder to notice the moments that make life worth living. Every day, come back to this thread and leave one comment with today's date and one thing that made you feel a little more alive.
It doesn't need to be profound or life-changing. Sometimes it's the first sip of coffee on a quiet morning. Sometimes it's finding the perfect song for the drive home, wearing a fragrance you couldn't stop smelling, laughing until your stomach hurt, watching the sunset, or realizing you handled a difficult situation with more grace than you used to.
The goal isn't to create impressive moments. The goal is to become someone who notices them. As the month unfolds, this thread will become a collection of hundreds of reminders that beauty isn't rare. It's available every day when we learn how to pay attention.
I encourage you to scroll through the comments from time to time because someone else's spark may become the very thing that helps you notice your own.
