Introduction
New Member Intro - Name: Aldo Chandra. Location: Philly/South Jersey area. How long in RE/funding: I run a wholesale/dispo shop plus a separate property-tech company, been full-time in RE a while now, new to the transactional-funding/stack side specifically. One thing excited to learn: the ECHO/double-close fee structure — still wrapping my head around which leg each fee actually lands on based on the threads here. Fun one: usually building internal automation tools when I'm not working deals.
