Hey guys, I was reviewing an EMD deal in TX, and it seems like the max AI interest rates allowed are generally capped at 10-28%. Because our fees are earned in such a short duration the APR is considered usurious. Any thoughts on this?

I know we get 80% of the profit from hard money/DSCR referrals, but how much would that typically be, or what kind of range would it be in? If it's a $500,000 loan, are we talking about 80 basis points on a one point fee added to the loan, or...? TIA!
