October Training Is Live: Choose Your Path 🚀
The October programs are officially live in the Classroom Tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Tempo Block (3-Day Split): A new stimulus for the beginner arc — every working set now carries a prescribed tempo (e.g. 3-1-1-0 = 3 second lowering, 1 second pause at the stretch, 1 second lift, no pause at the top). Loads drop to roughly 60 to 70 percent of what last month's block used; the difficulty comes from the time under tension, not the weight. Forces you to control the rep with the target muscle rather than borrowing from momentum. - 🟠 Anterior / Posterior Chain (4-Day Split): A genuinely fresh structural approach after five months of Upper/Lower, Push/Pull and body-part splits. Day 1 and 3 train everything on the front of the body (quads, chest, front delts, biceps, abs); Day 2 and 4 train everything on the back (hamstrings, glutes, back, rear delts, calves). Antagonist recovery within the session lets each chain absorb higher volume without cross-inhibition. - 🔴 Arm Specialisation Block (5-Day Split): A classic advanced periodisation move — pick a lagging muscle group and hammer it with three direct sessions per week while everything else runs on maintenance volume. Arms are the target: dedicated Arms A (heavy) and Arms B (hypertrophy) days, plus embedded biceps and triceps supersets on chest, back and shoulder days. Legs drop to once per week at maintenance intensity to protect recovery. 4 to 6 week block, then rotate back to balanced training. September 2026 Training Is LIVE: Choose Your Path 🚀
The September programs are officially live in the Classroom tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Hypertrophy (3-Day Split): A pivot from July's heavy compound strength and August's Upper/Lower bridge into a pure hypertrophy stimulus — rep ranges sitting in the 10 to 15 zone, moderate loads, and shorter rest periods designed to accumulate metabolic stress and mechanical tension without the systemic fatigue of heavy compound work. Ideal for anyone whose technique wobbled under the heavier July loads. - 🟠 Upper / Lower Strength Block (4-Day Split): After four consecutive months of hypertrophy-biased work, this block pivots into a dedicated strength phase. Main compound lifts drop into the 3 to 6 rep range with 3 to 4 minute rests, and accessory volume is reduced to protect recovery for the heavy work. Designed to consolidate the summer's muscle mass into higher force-production capacity. - 🔴 Powerbuilding (5-Day Split): A classic powerbuilding structure — each of the four main days built around one heavy compound anchor (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, or Overhead Press) trained in the 3 to 6 rep range, followed by hypertrophy accessories in the 8 to 15 rep range. Day 5 is a dedicated arms and weak-point session. Converts four months of accumulated muscle mass into force-production capacity. August 2026 Training is LIVE: Choose Your Path 🚀
The August programs are officially live in the Classroom tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Upper / Lower / Full Body (3-Day Split): A bridge block that introduces the Upper/Lower structure without leaving behind the full-body frequency beginners still need. Each session rotates through an Upper day, a Lower day, and a Full Body day, giving every muscle group direct work roughly 1.5 times per week and setting you up to graduate into an intermediate split. - 🟠 Body Part Split (4-Day Split): A step away from movement-pattern structures into a classic body-part split — Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders and Arms. The trade-off for once-per-week frequency is high per-session volume on each target muscle, with every working set taken closer to true failure to drive adaptations that repeated movement-pattern sessions cannot fully accumulate. - 🔴 Body Part Split (5-Day Split): A deliberate cycle downwards in frequency and upwards in volume after three months of high-frequency work. Each major muscle group gets a full dedicated session — Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms — with top sets at RPE 9 to 10 and intensity techniques layered onto final sets. The extra recovery lets the sets that matter go harder. Comment "I'M IN" below with the program you are starting so we can hold you accountable and offer support! Let's get to work. 👊

July 2026 Training is LIVE: Choose Your Path 🚀
The July programs are officially live in the Classroom tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Strength (3-Day Split): The third block in the beginner arc — with motor patterns now grooved from Foundations and PPL, this block returns to high-frequency full-body work but shifts the emphasis from volume to strength. Compound lifts sit in the 4 to 6 rep range with the goal of adding load to the bar across the block. - 🟠 Push / Pull, Twice Through (4-Day Split): A switch from Upper/Lower into a Push/Pull structure run twice through the week, with leg work distributed across the four days — quads paired with Push, posterior chain paired with Pull. Strength bias on the first run of each pattern, hypertrophy bias on the second. - 🔴 Push / Pull / Legs, Twice Through (6-Day Split): A frequency step-up from the previous 5-day blocks — every major muscle group is hit twice per week across six dedicated sessions. The first run of PPL is strength-biased; the second is hypertrophy-biased with intensity techniques layered onto final sets. June 2026 Training is LIVE: Choose Your Path 🚀
The June programs are officially live in the Classroom tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Push / Pull / Legs Foundations (3-Day Split): The natural progression after a foundational full-body block — a classic Push/Pull/Legs structure that doubles the focused volume on each muscle group per session while keeping technical demand manageable for those with 6 to 18 months of consistent training. - 🟠 Upper/Lower Volume Block (4-Day Split): A hypertrophy-focused volume accumulation model weighted towards higher-rep work in lengthened-biased exercises, with one heavier compound anchor per session to maintain strength qualities. An effective tool for breaking through plateaus left over from a previous strength-focused block. - 🔴 Antagonist Pairing / Arnold-Style (5-Day Split): Opposing muscle groups trained in the same session — Chest/Back, Quads/Hams, Biceps/Triceps — where reciprocal recovery between sets means more quality volume per session. Twice-weekly frequency on every major muscle group, with intensity techniques layered onto final sets only.
