SOCIETY'S LABELING ADDICTION:
Four years ago, I shared a message about recovery, healing, and transformation. Today, with 41 years of recovery from codependency and 33 years of recovery from alcoholism, my understanding has evolved even deeper. I believe many of us live with unconscious addictions to judgment, control, resentment, stress, people-pleasing, unhealthy relationships, and limiting beliefs. These old programs can keep us disconnected from our authentic selves and our highest potential. The energy today is different. We are being called to move beyond survival and into conscious living, self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
