Proverbs 10, 11, and 12
Good Morning! I am playing catch up with my postings, so here's a short recap of my takeawaysof these 3 chapters:
Chapter 10: Proverbs 10:26- May not be a popular verse, but it stood out to me. I have had co-workers who "fit the bill", but reading this verse about how lazy people make an employer feel allowed me to see how laziness in the workplace can effect an employer..very unpleasant and I don't want to ever irritate anyone to the point that they think of me in that way.
Chapter 11: Proverbs 11:25- We are blessed to be a blessing to others. Do what you can. Don't get caught up on amounts and quantities. Levels of generosity vary, but give YOUR very best. God will replenish you physicall, spiritually, and financially.
Chapter 12: Takeaways- words carry weight. They will either build you up or tear you down. The Godly give good advice, healing words,encouragement, tell the truth, and listen. The wicked have lying lips, make cutting remarks, and give bad advice.
