Jack here, rolling out the latest and greatest from the GoHighLevel world. I've been tuning in to the recent GHL Changelog, and let me tell you, there are some slick new upgrades that are gonna supercharge your systems! Here's the lowdown on what's new: Conversation AI Gets Smarter with Round Robin Calendars Your Conversation AI is leveling up! It can now book appointments directly with a contact's assigned user when using round-robin calendars. This means no more random assignments, just seamless continuity in your customer experience. To enable this, simply head to your calendar settings, edit a round-robin calendar, and toggle on "Always book with the contact’s assigned user." No changes needed inside Conversation AI! Stay in the Loop with Snapshot Notification Preferences Ever wish you knew exactly when your snapshot pushes were done? Now you can! Agency Admins can opt-in to receive email notifications once a snapshot push completes. These emails will even tell you how many pushes succeeded or failed, with a link to the full history. This means better communication and faster troubleshooting for your team. Find this in "My Snapshots" under the three-dot menu, then "Edit Snapshot" and the "Notification Preference" tab. Unleash Your Creativity with Smarter Visuals and Content AI Get ready to make your visuals pop and your copy shine! Ask AI now lets you generate and edit images directly. Just type a prompt, and boom—instant visuals. Need to tweak an existing image or refine your text? Ask AI handles it conversationally, remembering your session history for iterative improvements. This feature is a game-changer for social posts, email creatives, and websites, and it's available for accounts with AI Employee access. You'll find "Edit with Ask AI" under the AI button in Content AI-enabled areas like Social Planner. Smoother Webinar Creation with UX Improvements We've tightened up the webinar creation process to make it even easier. You'll now find required field validation, improved date, time, and timezone pickers, and enhanced tooltips to prevent errors. Plus, you can now edit the date and time when cloning webinars, making template reuse a breeze.

GHL Service Booking Edits Just Got Easier 📅
Another useful GoHighLevel Calendar update just landed, especially if you manage service-based clients. You can now edit both paid and unpaid Service Bookings without canceling the original appointment and starting over. Need to make a change after someone books? You can now: 📅 Add or remove services ➕ Update service add-ons 👤 Change the assigned staff member 🏷️ Apply, update, or remove coupons 💰 Handle payment differences and refunds The payment side is where this gets even better. Once you update the booking, GHL automatically recalculates the total and shows whether an additional payment is required, the booking is fully paid, or a refund is due. If a refund is required, you can process it directly from the appointment modal. GHL also keeps the original order connected to the booking. Instead of creating another order every time something changes, the existing order gets updated with the latest booking details. That means cleaner records and a lot less messing around for your client’s staff. One thing to remember: if a refund has been initiated and is still processing, GHL temporarily disables further booking edits until it’s complete. You can still reschedule the appointment during that time. For agencies working with salons, consultants, home service businesses, wellness companies, and other appointment-based clients, this is a small workflow change that could save plenty of admin time. AI Studio Forms Can Trigger GHL Workflows 🚀
If you’re building websites with AI Studio, this new GoHighLevel update gives you a much cleaner way to automate what happens after someone fills out a form. GHL has added a dedicated AI Studio Form Submitted trigger to Workflows. That means when someone submits one of your connected AI Studio Forms, your GHL automation can get to work immediately. ⚡ You could automatically: • Send the lead a confirmation email • Follow up with an SMS • Notify your sales team • Add a contact tag • Create an opportunity • Start a longer lead nurturing Workflow Think about a quote request on a client’s AI Studio website. Someone submits the form. Instead of waiting for the client or sales team to notice the lead, GHL can immediately send a response, notify the right person, tag the contact, and create an opportunity in the correct pipeline. That’s a much better handoff between the website and CRM. There is one IMPORTANT thing to know if you already have AI Studio Forms connected. 👇 Forms connected before this new trigger was released need their tracking setup refreshed. Open the AI Studio project and ask: “Re-trigger form integration.” Then reconnect the form to CRM tracking, publish the project, submit a test entry, refresh the Workflow builder, and configure the new trigger. Already using External Tracking? You’re good. 👍 The existing External Tracking script and trigger will continue working alongside the new AI Studio Form Submitted trigger. For agencies, this update isn’t just about getting another Workflow trigger. It gives you a simpler way to connect AI Studio websites to the automated lead follow-up systems you’re already building inside GHL. Less manual lead handling. Faster follow-up.
