I downloaded the Glaido app on my PC took the prenium subscription after the AIS Live to try it out and then now it disapeared from my account when it was still up some days ago I think its because I created an account without linking it to my mail adresse of google and then when I did it it maybe overited my old account with the subscription Idk but the thing is if I try to get the prenium again it will tell me that I already have it and right now my word is capped at the free plan because of that

This is the issue I was referring to regarding sometimes something popping up that I never even said. That last part where there's words that I don't even know with Radio-Canada, I never said that.

Hello Glaido Team! Just wanted to enter community to ask a few questions and give feedback after three days of full use as a user coming from Wispr Flow. Overall, I've enjoyed using the product. However, I've noticed a few bugs. One of the bugs that I've personally noticed is that for some reason at the end it says 'thank you' or 'thank you everyone' or 'thank you all' even though I didn't say it. Second bug I've noticed that sometimes it tends to change what I've said too much - I love how it gets rid of filler words. However, sometimes I will say something and it will completely change the meaning of what I'm saying. The speed is definitely a lot quicker than Wispr Flow, which is something I've enjoyed. I also love the privacy. Sometimes when I give a long-winded prompt, it condenses it, which is great, but sometimes it over condenses it. Only thing stopping me from moving fully over is definitely the lack of mobile, which Wispr Flow currently supports.

Hi Jack, I moved from the trial to paid pro account, but the 2000 word limit is still in place. Tried restarting, but still there. Also there's no way to send a help message without paying for this community, which is something you might want to look at.
