My mission: help keep you out of the nursing home and assist in adding real vitality to your life, so you can actually enjoy living it.
Golden Braid is built on one belief: health is our natural state of being. Being unhealthy is unnatural - man-made by modern culture. Together, we learn to get healthy and stay healthy.
Here's what's included:
💫 All-inclusive natural health education - 20+ years of my knowledge for your personal use
✨️ Practical knowledge you can use right away - real answers for everyday health, not just theory
🔥 Live Zoom Q&A every other Wednesday
* Bring questions, get answers in real time
* Personal research - ask me anything, I'll dig into it for you
🧐 Learn as I learn from research for you and other members and as I pursue a PhD, I will share everything!
🫶 A supportive community - you'll never have to figure it out alone
