The Kimi launch and why disclosure matters
Moonshot AI launched Kimi K3.1 Pro on Oct 23, and the independent evaluator Artificial Analysis ranked it fourth on its Intelligence Index. Then screenshots of an alleged creator brief for the launch started spreading. The brief told promoters to submit their drafts for approval and not to use the paid-partnership label. The screenshots haven't been verified, it's unclear who wrote them, and no response from Moonshot had been reported as of today. It matters for us because AI brands are paying more creators to post. X requires paid-partnership disclosure on qualifying posts, and the FTC calls for clear disclosure when a brand pays you or gives you free products. Disclosing protects your account and your audience's trust.

How to Use Higgsfield AI (Free Account Walkthrough)
New to Higgsfield? This 3-minute walkthrough shows how I tour the app, make an image with Soul 2.0 on a free account, turn images into video, use Ads Studio, and download my work. My tip: nail your prompt on a low-cost model before spending credits on video. Try it this week and share what you make here.

Grok Imagine now makes soundtracks
A Music panel is rolling out inside the Grok Imagine workspace. You open a video you made and describe the genre, mood, instruments and tempo you want. Grok writes the lyrics and builds a full track. You trim the section you like, apply it to your clip, and the track saves to a library so you can reuse it later. There's no official announcement or music API yet, and the rollout is phased, so some accounts don't have it. Check your Imagine workspace for the Music option. It matters because you can make and score a short in one place without a separate music app.

ElevenLabs Chimera: talking characters from one image
ElevenLabs launched Chimera inside ElevenCreative. You upload one character image, write the line, and pick or design a voice. Then you direct how it's delivered with tags like [whispers], [laughs] or [yells]. It makes a lip-synced talking clip in one step, with Eleven v4 handling the voice and Seedance 2.5 handling the video. Lines can run 4 to 30 seconds, in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, at up to 1080p. Video generation is only on paid plans. It matters because dialogue scenes, character intros and talking-head ads used to mean juggling a voice tool, a video tool and a lip-sync fix. Now it's a single step.

How I Make a 15-Second AI Commercial
I made a 15-second ad for a made-up Atlanta coffee spot to show you my full process. The first video is the finished commercial. The second walks through all 8 steps, from picking one message to fixing a failed take and exporting for phone. Watch both, then try making a 15-second ad for a local business this week and share it here.
