Hello Community! I found a great resource for insurance. This company created a specific insurance policy for CoLiving properties. It is a commercial policy. A bit more than residential insurance, but you will be covered if you need to make any claims. Attached is an image of the contact info. I spoke with them directly. They are based out of the Charlotte NC area, but write policies across the country.
