Before Canada vs After Canada
We’re going to talk about how we prepared to come to Canada as immigrants — the dreams, the assumptions, the numbers, the confidence, the fear — and then compare that to where we actually are today. Not in a fake motivational way. More like: ✅ What did we think Canada would be? ✅ What did we completely misunderstand? ✅ What helped us survive? ✅ What would we do differently if we were coming today? ✅ And how do we now build wealth from here?

Quick question for the morning risers and Growth Hour builders in here: How are you structuring and tracking your 5 AM to 6 AM hour so you stay focused without getting pulled into distractions?
Jumpstarting the day with reading, journaling, or goal execution is powerful, but bouncing between messy phone notes, open tabs, and separate apps right when I woke up was completely killing my morning momentum.I recently started testing a workspace called Floment (floment.ai) to keep daily action items, todo lists, and morning notes on a single screen so I can focus on execution instead of app hopping. It really helped lock in my early morning focus, but I am curious how others structure this. What does your setup actually look like during your 5 AM to 6 AM hour? Are you keeping your habits and goal tracking strictly in standard phone notes, or using a dedicated workspace board to keep your progress moving forward?
Goodmorning! Want to introduce myself!
My name I Yordi, I live in the Czech Republic. Here it already has been 5AM a few hours ago. I wake up 4:45 AM, take a cold shower, do my breathwork, journal a bit and start my day to get things done before my afternoon dip kicks in. I hope to learn here as well as share value🙏
