All the technics have a different challenge for the mind, body and my spirit ! Very much needed if any one has been diagnosed with Lyme Disease !!!!

Dan is amazing, I have learned so much.
I am in a difficult situation, caring for my elderly parents in super hot Texas.
Breathwork has help me numerous times to calm my nervous system down.

I really appreciate what Dan and Tan do in this community. Spreading such great techniques and knowledge and helping everyone find their peace and get to a better place physically, mentally and emotionally. And if you get a chance to visit them at their facility in Brockville, you will not be disappointed. Yoga, breathwork, thermal therapy and so much more at a beautiful, serene location in nature.
