Just finished the Business Finance course. Really helpful, especially mapping out cash flows and enforcing deposits. I’m guilty of floating client materials on my business credit card which…works…but isn’t good cash flow management. Question…”Operator Rule #2” says: “Never let materials force you to front cash if deposits can cover them.” What does this mean? Or what type of situation makes this a reporting thing to do?
