Reboot Your Life Challenge — Week Four, Day Two MOVE IT. FEEL IT. RECLAIM IT. Yesterday, we asked: “If I were to live my life for me…” Today, we bring that authorship into the body. Your nervous system isn’t regulated through thought alone. Movement gives the body another way to work with activation, reconnect with sensation, and shift out of patterns of bracing, freezing, or holding. And movement doesn’t have to mean a workout. It can be shaking out your hands. Rolling your shoulders. Stretching toward the ceiling. Walking around the block. Swaying to a favorite song. Dancing in your kitchen. ✨ TODAY’S PRACTICE Put on one song that makes your body want to move. For the length of that song, give your body permission to move however it wants. No choreography. No performance. No doing it “right.” Notice: Where does my body want more space? What movement feels good? What changes when I let myself move freely? Then pause. Feel your feet. Notice your breath. Notice your heartbeat. Notice what has shifted. This isn’t about forcing yourself to become calm. It’s about reminding your body that it has choices. Movement can become an act of reclamation: This is my body. I can listen to it. I can move it. I can inhabit it. I can choose what happens next. ✨ Regulate your body. Reclaim your movement. Rise into your life. Join the Reboot Your Life Challenge in our Facebook community or email:
