My name is Dimtrios, and I had NFLD and reversed it, but I need to stay vigilant. I am 66 yrs old, unretired, exercise 3-4 times a week,& eat healthy

It's been over a year since being diagnosed. I've worked hard to reverse this, but now it's an ongoing challenge to keep it reversed.

I am Me I live in Canada My Family is nuts but I love them... most days I manage two Health & Wellness Centres That is enough about me!
