And sometimes consistency simply means showing up when you don't feel like it. It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. You just have to keep the promise you made to yourself. Sometimes we get so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to look back at how far we've already come. Maybe everything isn't happening as fast as you wanted. Maybe you're still trying to figure some things out. Maybe you've had to start over a few times. Keep going anyway. Slow progress is still progress. A small step is still a step. And having to regroup does NOT mean you've failed. Give yourself some grace today, but don't give yourself permission to quit. 💕 The goal isn't perfection. The goal is to keep moving.
