Tonight's Training: Your Marketing Machine
Thanks to everyone who joined tonight. If you missed it or want to run this back with your team, the full handout is attached below. The core idea. Your marketing problem is almost never that you don't have anything to post. It's that your firm produces client wins every week and most of them disappear into an inbox nobody goes back to. The fix isn't a content calendar. It's a system for catching what's already happening. What's in the handout: - Know Your Stage. What to market whether you have zero clients or forty. If you're newer, this is the section to start with. - The P.R.O.O.F. System. Pull what already exists. Request more. Organize it. Output it everywhere. Follow the numbers. - The Compliance Gate. Specific to us. Nothing goes out without a real, documented approval, and anonymizing a number isn't automatically enough on its own. - The Weekly SOP. A six-step Friday checklist and a Proof Owner role, so this becomes a habit instead of a one-time idea. - The Proof Scorecard. Track it for four weeks before you judge whether it's working. This week's assignment: pull five client moments from the last 90 days, or if you're newer, write out one client's full journey so far. Don't publish anything yet. Just find it and classify it. What's the first proof moment you're pulling from your own inbox this week?

Tonight's Training: Your Marketing Machine
Live in 10 minutes: Your Marketing Machine
Quick one before we jump on. Today’s call is about something most of us do wrong. We think our marketing problem is that we don’t have anything to post. The real problem is usually the opposite. Your firm produces client wins every week, even with one client, and most of them disappear into an inbox or a text thread nobody ever screenshots. We’re covering: - What to market at your exact stage, whether you have zero clients or forty - Why one documented client relationship can produce eight or more pieces of proof - The exact weekly system to catch what your firm is already doing, before you ever open a content calendar Bring your phone. We’re doing a live count of how much proof is already sitting in your own inbox right now. See you in there. Join Here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88539681426
