Welcome to the SureSmile Sprint - the private home of the founding cohort.
This is a 13-week programme for SureSmile-certified UK practices, built with Dentsply Sirona, to grow clear aligner case volume from the patients you already have - no ads, no discounting, no scripts to memorise.
How it works: new content drops every Monday morning in the Classroom, in short videos your team watches when the diary allows. Every video ends with a clear action, and each Monday I'll post the one that matters most that week. In the practice, you run one thing without exception: the 12-minute Aligner Huddle - the sheet is pinned in the community.
You've got me and the Ignite team in here every day, your SureSmile specialist alongside you, guest sessions from serious names in UK dentistry, and sixteen other practices building the same system at the same time.
