Hiring a setter? Count this first
Most owners posting a setter or closer role in here are hiring to fix a follow up problem, not a volume problem.
Quick test. Pull every enquiry and proposal from the last 90 days. Count how many never got a third chase. For most agencies that pile is bigger than the setter's first year of commission.
