For years I ended every day staring at what I didn't do.
The list never got shorter. So I figured I wasn't enough either.
Here's what nobody told me. A to-do list only shows the gap. It never shows the ground you covered. And an ADHD brain deletes wins fast. By Wednesday, Monday's progress is already gone.
So you feel behind even when you're moving.
That's not a character flaw. That's a scoreboard problem.
The fix is small. Keep a done list. Before you close the laptop, write three things you actually finished. Big or tiny. Sent the invoice. Made the call. Drank water before noon. It counts.
You can't build momentum you can't see.
So, midweek check for the room.
What's on your done list so far this week? Drop three below. Small wins welcome. Then read someone else's and cheer them on.
