Replay: The Decision Framework
Replay is up from Wednesday's Decision Framework lesson. Quick recap: run the filter first (strategy, business, gap fit), then the five numbers, then answer three questions honestly (realistic downside, cost of not deciding, deciding vs stalling), then name the decision, yes, no, or not yet, with a next action and a date attached. Thank you to everyone who showed up and worked through your actual deals in the Q&A, that's exactly what this is for. Next Wednesday, 6 to 7pm EST, we close out The Deal Machine with Your Next Move, applying the full framework to the deal or market you're actually looking at. Catch the replay above if you missed it live.

Replay: The Decision Framework
Yes, No, or Not Yet?
From last night: there are only three legitimate answers to a deal decision, yes, no, and not yet. The only one that causes problems is the unnamed one, the deal sitting in limbo with no action and no date attached. Is there a deal sitting on your desk right now that you haven't actually named a decision on?

 Live Tonight: The Decision Framework
Live tonight, 6 to 7pm EST: The Decision Framework. Most investors fail at the deal decision in one of two ways, they buy on feel or they never stop gathering "just one more" piece of information. Tonight I'm giving you the four-stage process that turns your filter and your numbers into a real answer: yes, no, or not yet. Open Q&A follows the lesson, so bring your questions. See you at 6 EST. Who's showing up live tonight?

The Cost Nobody Calculates
Here's a mistake I see constantly. Investors calculate the risk of doing a deal but never calculate the cost of NOT doing it. If a deal produces 400 dollars a month toward your Freedom Gap and you pass on it three times this year, that's real progress you gave up, not a neutral choice. Wednesday night we're covering the three questions that clear the log jam when you have the data and still can't decide. What's one question you wish someone would ask you before you pass on a deal?

Fast Gut or Slow Grind?
Real talk: when a deal looks decent, are you the type who moves fast on gut feel, or the type who keeps finding one more thing to check before you commit? Wednesday we're breaking down the exact process for turning "this looks interesting" into a real yes, no, or not yet. No more guessing games. Drop a comment: too fast, too slow, or somewhere in between?
