Thank you, The Art of Self-Connection community, from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Hello Zachary and everyone! 🙏💚 Thank you for the warm welcome. I’m grateful to be joining The Art of Self-Connection community from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. My name is Stefan D Sczyrba, and over the years, my work has centred around emotional healing, self-awareness, meditation, personal growth, and becoming increasingly aware of who we are beneath our emotional conditioning. I’m the founder of Emotional Soul Healing™, where I facilitate Guided Healing Meditations, Soul Blueprint Numerology, emotional release work, and explore the deeper emotional entanglements and patterns we carry throughout our lives. I also enjoy writing, painting, travelling, spending time near the ocean, and creating guided meditations. I recently reached a personal milestone by publishing my 10th essay, which explores emotional conditioning, awareness, healing, self-criticism, authenticity, and living more fully from the authentic self. I'm to connect with others who are exploring their own inner work while remaining open to different perspectives, experiences, and approaches to healing and growth. As for my favourite place to meditate—anywhere peaceful near the ocean or water feels particularly grounding and restorative to me. 🌊✨ I look forward to exploring the community, participating, and connecting with many of you. Thank you for having me here. 🙏💚 Stefan D Sczyrba Emotional Soul Healing™

Nothing that is meant for you will ever miss you. ✨
Hello family good morning I have notices something Sometimes we get so caught up wondering… “Did I miss my chance?” “Was that opportunity supposed to be mine?” “Why did it work out for everyone else but me?” But what if the delay isn’t denial? What if what’s truly meant for you doesn’t require you to chase it, force it, or become someone you’re not just to keep it? Some things leave because they were never meant to stay. Some doors close because there’s another one you haven’t seen yet. And sometimes, the timing simply isn’t right. Your job isn’t to control every outcome. Your job is to keep growing, keep showing up, and keep moving forward. 🌱 What’s something you once thought you had “missed” — but later realized was actually making room for something better? Drop your thoughts below. 👇 Let’s remind someone today that their story isn’t over just because something didn’t work out.
