Start in the Classroom, in Start Here. Six short videos on how the training runs, support and boundaries, safety and contraindications. Then work the modules in order.
Every module has the same shape: an At a Glance map, a Workshop, a daily practice, optional inner work, pod practice and a quiz. Every video has chapters in its description, so you can jump to any part.
Masterclasses are Sundays 10am Dublin. Somatic Integration with Nicola is Wednesdays. Both are in the Calendar and both are recorded.
Questions go in the Module Questions thread for whichever module you're on, so the answers stay in one place.
You're not expected to feel ready. Nobody is.
