How We Talk Here
We're building a case, not winning a fight. A few rules, short on purpose: Concede before you push. If someone makes a real point, say so before you answer it. "That's a fair point, and here's the piece it doesn't account for" beats pretending they said nothing useful. Nobody scores points off a real person for an audience. If you're posting a comment exchange or practicing a live conversation, you're doing it to get better, not to make the other person look stupid for likes. That posture is exactly what makes people distrust apologetics, and it's not welcome here. Practice sessions get graded on tone as much as content. Getting every fact right while sounding smug is a fail in this community, not a win. We tell you the truth about our own weak points. Every fact in this curriculum gets an honest "here's where this gets contested" section, including by scholars on our own side. If you'd rather learn a version that hides its soft spots, this isn't that community. We think the honest version is actually the stronger one, because it can't be caught off guard. One more thing, said plainly since it matters: the goal here is the Gospel reaching people. Not winning arguments against opponents. If you finish a conversation having "won" but the other person feels attacked, that's not a win here.

Find a Practice Partner
This is where you find someone to run this week's practice conversation with. No sign-up, no waiting on us. How it works: Drop a comment below saying which 7-Day Case you're on and that you're ready to practice. Then scroll up to the comment right above yours. That person is your partner for the week. Message them directly, agree on ten minutes, and run the Day 4 dialogue together, swapping roles once so you both get a turn playing each side. If the comment above yours already found a partner, just take the next one up. If you're the first comment of the day, hang tight, someone will land right after you soon, or grab the live group call instead (see below). Comment template, copy and use it: "On [Case name], ready to practice — DM me!" Nobody around when you check? Two options. First, wait for the weekly live group call, where pairing happens live in the room, no advance matching needed. Second, record yourself running both sides of the dialogue out loud, post the recording as a reply to this thread, and ask for one piece of feedback from anyone reading. That counts as your practice for the week. Once you're a Field Agent, you're welcome to reply here offering to co-host a practice pairing for newer members specifically. If you remember being confused about this a month ago, you're exactly who someone brand new needs right now. Tone reminder while you're here: this room grades on delivery, not doctrine. Nobody's beliefs get picked apart in a practice pairing, just how the conversation sounded.

Start Here
If you're new, welcome. You don't need any background in apologetics, theology, or debate to start. Genuinely — if you've never had one conversation about the resurrection in your life, you're exactly who this was built for. Here's what happens next: 1. Watch the two-minute welcome video above. 2. You'll be enrolled in your first 7-Day Case automatically: Did Jesus Exist, the foundation everything else stands on. 3. Each day for a week, you'll get one short lesson, under a five-minute read. On Day 5, you'll practice the conversation out loud with someone else in the community. Here's exactly how to find that person, since it's not automatic: Head to the pinned "Find a Practice Partner" post in this community. Drop a comment saying you're ready to practice this week's case. Then scroll up one comment — whoever posted right before you is your partner. Message them, agree on ten minutes, and run the Day 4 dialogue with each other, swapping roles once. No sign-up, no waiting on us to assign anyone. Can't find a partner that day, or nobody's around? Record yourself running both sides of the dialogue out loud on your phone, post it in the community, and ask for one piece of feedback. That counts. Nobody sits stuck waiting on a partner to make progress here. Once a week, there's also a live group practice call. Show up, and pairing happens on the call itself in breakout pairs, no advance matching needed. And once you've been here a while and hit Field Agent status, you're eligible to co-host a practice room yourself. If you remember being a beginner two months ago, you're exactly who a brand-new member needs. No quizzes to pass, no minimum score, no prerequisite. Just show up for the seven days, and show up once to say it out loud. If you get stuck, on a term, on the practice conversation, on anything, post in the community. That's what it's here for.
