Think about how you shop on Amazon.

You land on a product page, look at the photos, skim the reviews… and then you see a 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁.

Social proof — Someone else already bought it and found value in it.
Trust — They can see a real person holding the book instead of just images.
Context — They can see the size, interior, illustrations, formatting, or what makes the book different.
Confidence — It helps answer questions that may be keeping someone from clicking Buy Now.

And sometimes hearing someone explain who the book is for and why they liked it is far more persuasive than another paragraph of sales copy.
