Been thinking about this a lot lately: most of us feel like life is happening to us — the economy, rules changing, tech moving fast, money feeling harder to hold onto. But the gap between what feels uncontrollable and what actually is… is knowledge. You’re not out of control. You just haven’t taken control yet, because nobody handed you the map. That’s the whole reason this place exists. Not to sell certainty — nobody has that. Just to share a framework for building more freedom, one honest lesson at a time. The Law of Compensation!
The Law of Compensation: you are paid in exact proportion to two things — the value you create, and how hard you are to replace. A job caps both on purpose. There’s a ceiling on the value they’ll let you create, and they keep you replaceable by design. Ownership removes the ceiling. An asset pays you for the value it creates whether you show up or not.
