Welcome to Korowai Coaching 👋
I'm Kim — missional practitioner, coach, educator and guide for anyone who is part of God's mission: leading a team, being part of one, or discerning your own or your church's next step in God's mission. With over 30 years experience, I would love to journey alongside you in whatever season you're in.
Inside you'll find resources for everything from personal and leadership discernment to debriefing for short term missions so the experience leads to lasting transformation:
→ Healthy Mission Team Leadership — for short-term mission team leaders
→ Debrief & Reflect Guide — for re-entry & next steps
→ Mission-Centred Church Diagnostic Tool — free team tool for church leaders
→ S.E.N.D Leadership Journey — ongoing team leader support
→ The Woven Way & ONE NEXT STEP — for personal discernment
Choose your level of membership to access what you need at the best rate for you.
May the finely woven cloak of God's love always remain your shelter.
