🌹 Is the damage to your rose bush or turfgrass coming from Japanese beetles?
Japanese beetles can damage a landscape during two different stages of their lifecycle: Adult beetles emerge from late spring through midsummer. They feed above ground, chewing rose blossoms and the soft tissue between leaf veins until the foliage appears thin, lacy, or skeletonized. Japanese beetle grubs live below ground. They feed on grass roots during late summer and fall, move deeper into the soil for winter, and return near the surface to feed again in early spring. Watch for irregular brown patches, thinning grass, spongy turf, or sod that lifts easily from the soil. Knowing which stage is causing the damage—and when it is active—can help you respond at the right time. 🌱

Welcome to your first day as an elite closer.
Welcome to Landscape Sales Academy 🌿 🎯 Who This Is For: Landscapers and contractors who are good at the work and want to become elite closers. This will take your sales game from good to unstoppable. 👤 Who I Am: I've been in the landscape industry for ten years. I started in the dirt just like many of you. After years of doing landscape maintenance and working as a crew leader, I was laid off in December 2020. I had a choice to make. I had to feed my family. I was hired at a different company two days later to start in turf care. They mentioned sales to me. Told me I had to be hungry. I told them I was starving. Fast forward five years later, I've closed $10 million-plus in landscape projects and have overseen the process from lead to five-star review. I can teach you absolutely everything you need to know about landscape sales. Not generic Sandler sales training fluff. Real lessons and mistakes you won't have to make. I put in years of blood, sweat, and tears so you can have a shortcut. This community will transform you from an average landscaper to an elite closer. When I realized just how good I was, that's when I quit. I also started my own landscape lighting company since December 2024. You are learning from someone who does this daily. I promise to teach you everything I know, and I'm committed to making you better. Enjoy the community. Let's grow and learn together. ⚒️ What's Inside: The full 9-module Landscape Sales System is live, the complete A-Z framework I used to close $10M in real projects. Inside you'll get: - 💰 The complete landscape sales process, start to finish - 📋 Examples of scripts, frameworks & consultation strategies - 💵 How to price with confidence and stop undercharging - 🤝 Objection handling & closing techniques that actually work - 📊 Quote building that wins jobs, not just paperwork - 🎥 Training videos & templates you can use immediately 🔄 What's Coming: This isn't a one-and-done course. I'll be adding new content and updates weekly: new scripts, new breakdowns, new lessons pulled straight from live deals as they happen. You're getting in at the ground floor of something that keeps growing.
