LapelGuard Syndicate has been an awesome tool for improving my Jiu Jitsu. Trey is an incredible teacher. His ability to break down complex lapel guard variations has helped me significantly improve in rounds. Its content you won't find scrolling reels or searching YouTube. Plus, Trey is super responsive and willing to give personal feedback. Worth every penny.
