Agency Tracking - Leads/ Calls

Hey Guys, I now have about 10 clients that I am doing Cold Email for and I am looking for an easy way to keep track of everything. Currently I am using Excel Docs to send and follow up on leads for each client. Does anyone have any advice? or some sort of templates?

How do you input the lead?
How do you send the lead?

Etc, I assume some use Make.Com or something like that for automations, all leads need to be checked individually, so not sure that is right at this time.

Any ideas?
