Deal #3 Wired & Closed! 🔑🏡

Honestly, I don’t have some big speech for this one. I’m just grateful.😥

A couple months ago I was fighting just to get my first deal closed, and today I closed my third one. Not long before that, I was stressing about how I was going to pay my rent and bills, and it literally came down to the last day. That’s something I won’t ever forget.

I’m still learning every day, still asking questions, still figuring things out as I go, but little by little, things are starting to click.

Thank you again to @Evan Hamilton, @Korey Whitley, @Zach Ginn, @Richard Ginn and everyone in this community who has helped me along the way. I appreciate you guys more than you know.

Three down. Grateful for every single one.
