New book has been released - Learning with AI
If you are interested in how AI can be used for authentic learning - I hope my new book will help. This is something that came out of the work I've been doing on research-based learning and specifically the course we ran on the Skool site earlier this year. I decided to expand and develop this into a book for learners to explore 9 different ways to use AI to support their learning. https://amzn.to/4eceKZl If you have Kindle Unlimited, you can get it for free! (I also priced it at a lower cost if you want a long-term copy). The paperback isn't out yet - I have to review the proofs first. Thanks to everyone that took the course and provided feedback on the concept - I appreciate that very much.

Introduce Yourself!
Welcome everyone 👋 Introduce yourself by sharing just a few things so we get to know each other. - Where you’re coming from (educator, student, professional, lifelong learner, curious human, etc.) - One way technology or AI currently shows up in your learning or work - One question, curiosity, or challenge you have around EdTech or AI right now That’s it. There’s no expectation that you have things figured out. “I’m confused but curious” is a perfectly valid starting point here. If you’re more of a reader than a poster, that’s okay too. You’re welcome to jump in whenever it feels right. 😊 I'm looking forward to building this community together! 🚀 👉 Please check out the calendar for my weekly Coffee Chat times ☕️ I’ll go first 👇 (Your turn when you’re ready — and feel free to reply to others as well!)
Grounding your AI Work - Signal from Noise
There is a problem that I've had with a lot of my AI work - it gets chaotic! There is so much content generated, and such broad content, that I sometimes feel a bit lost in all the chats and output. There is a solution though - grounding your work with a limited input set to focus your output. Of course - that needed a video.

The History of Educational Technology- and how AI may change it
Hello everyone, I dropped a new video this morning on EdTech and AI specifically. It’s a longer video and goes a bit deep into the history of Educational Technology and then the role AI could play in the future of education. Hope you find to topic and the video interesting.

OneNote and Copilot 365 - this is cool
Today, I was in a call with Microsoft and had the chance to see some OneNote elements in use. It was very, very cool. Of course I made a video.
