Welcome 🎉
I spent years working harder than everybody around me and wondering why the money never showed up. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't bad at the work. I just didn't know how to build a business. I chased cheap clients. I underbid jobs. I bought equipment I didn't need and offered services I had no business offering. Most of what I learned, I learned the expensive way. That's what this place is for. Everything I figured out over 30 years and three generations, put in one spot so you don't have to pay for it the way I did. What's in here: - The 30-Day Business Reset in the Classroom — pricing, services, clients, equipment, hiring, systems - A community of operators who'll tell you the truth about their numbers - Weekly posts on what's actually working in our company right now This is for you if: you run a service business — landscaping, hardscapes, plumbing, whatever it is — and you're tired of being busy and broke. This isn't for you if: you're looking for a get-rich thing. This is pricing correctly, choosing better clients, and building systems. It works. It's just not fast. Do three things right now: 1. Introduce yourself on the pinned intro post 2. Open the Classroom and start Day 1 3. Post your first question you want answered It's time to stop doing landscape work and start building a landscape business. — Sean

Introduce yourself👇
Drop these in the comments. Takes 60 seconds and it's how we know who's in the room. 1. Name and where you're from 2. Your company and what you do(landscaping, hardscapes, lawn care, other trade — all welcome) 3. How many years you've been in business 4. How many guys are on your crew right now(including you — "just me" is a real answer) 5. The one thing in your business that's driving you crazy right now That last one matters most. Be specific. "Pricing" doesn't help anybody. "I keep losing money on cleanups and I don't know why" — now we can actually do something with that. I read every one of these. The problems that come up the most become the next thing I record. Go. — Sean
