We are making changes...
As we are restructuring our homestead I have been looking at multiple different investment properties to fund the life that we have been looking for. I have looked at 1 storage unit complex but it is 3 hours away. I have also been looking at residential properties is the county next to us that has very favorable zoning. In the research that I have been doing I have found the biggest gap in housing right now is affordable housing. I have been brainstorming on what that could look like in nontraditional ways. 2 things stand out to me right now; SRO's (single room occupancy) and year round occupancy camper parks.
Do any of you currently have rentals? I would be interested inn hearing your thoughts?
